This morning on my way to work I was struck again by the beauty God has created. The fields were encrusted with frozen dew and the seed heads of the overgrown hay bent over by their frosted weight. Across the field, stood a farmhouse with smoke swirling from its chimney. I could smell the wood burning and could feel the warmth inside. Another farmstead had its’ white pasture dotted with black cows. I could see their breath around their face as its warmth hit the cold air. No matter what season, I drive in awe of the beauty of the south. Thank you GOD!!

THX for visiting WWWW and your kind words. This post is so vivid, I smell the wood burning. Are you in the far northern reaches of the globe? I haven’t seen frozen dew in many months. 🙂

Actually this is from the past winter, Toni, I record on my phone as I drive and I found it this morning. It brought me right back to that morning. 🙂
